If you missed any of the posts this week or want to read them again, here is a quick summary.
Before the summary of the week, here is a preview of my weekly 3-point Saturday newsletter.

If you haven’t already, join in…
Monday: What is the P.O. role?
For most implementations of Scrum, we pay a lot of attention to setting up a team, and getting the best Scrum Master possible to help the team reach their goals. But the product owner is put on the side.
Tuesday: What is the role of the development team?
Good teams are focused on features, not technologies. They are cross-functional and contain all the knowledge necessary to do what must be DONE.
Wednesday: What is the role of the Scrum Master
The main goal of a Scrum Master should be to make itself not needed anymore, coaching the team into full autonomy.
A coach.
A leader.
Someone with the goal to make himself not needed.
Thursday: The value of the Scrum values
Scrum has its foundation on 5 values. Courage, commitment, focus, openness, respect.
Autonomous and mature Scrum teams embody and live these 5 values.
Friday: Do you have an empirical mindset
With an empirical mindset there are no excuses. You have the knowledge, the data, and the plan. It’s up to you to figure out what to do with it.
Saturday: Saturday Reflection
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. The weekend has arrived.
Cheers,
