We are agile. We don’t need to plan.
Have you ever heard this? Sounds familiar right? Or
I thought we were agile. We respond to change we don’t follow a plan.
This one is even better, the normal replacement of the “over” in the manifesto by “instead”. But anyway, I start digressing. I am pretty sure there are a lot more excuses that people use to not do a Sprint Planning. Maybe you have some that you can share.

I’ve started with this myth because sprint planning is crucial for a good sprint. It is a collaborative plan that is worked between the development team and the product owner.
One very important point to note down. You can only respond to change if you already have a plan. Without a plan, there is nothing to change.
Have an amazing Monday 👍
